Parent Portal

 

 
  If you are new to the district or have any trouble with the Parent Portal, please e-mail mmssupport@ringgold.org.
Be sure to include your name, e-mail address, and name of student(s).  Please note that access to the Student Portal is created through the Parent Portal.

Ringgold suggests using Google Chrome when accessing the Parent Portal, less errors/problems seem to occur when using Chrome.

Please check your contact information when logged into the Parent Portal.  If you see an address, phone, e-mail, etc. is incorrect please contact the school that your child attends to have the information updated.

Parents accessing the MMS Parent Portal should have a computer with an Internet web browser (as described below) and access to the Internet.

  • Pop ups must be enabled.
  • JavaScript must be enabled.
  • Turn off "Compatibility View" in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
