We are very proud to announce that the Ringgold Middle School has been recognized in Learning by Design Magazine’s fall 2021 Architectural and Interior Design Awards of Excellence as a benchmark facility for its incorporation of “next generation learning space design and planning.” 

The building was designed by HHSDR Architects/Engineers who received an OUTSTANDING PROJECT award for their efforts and met or exceeded the six judging criteria for such a project: Innovation, Community Needs, Interior Design, Sustainability, Functional Design, and Next Generation Learning. 

The jury commented that, “Ringgold Middle School accomplishes a lot within a constrained site, using courtyard to ensure daylight to all classroom spaces … the colors are consistent and reinforce the identity of the school.” 

We are honored that this exemplary educational facility has been recognized and will continue to ensure that the education that takes place within its walls embraces the spirit of innovation and next generation learning that garnered this attention.
