Act 82 Assessment
Superintendent
According to Section 1073.1 of the Pennsylvania School Code, superintendents must be
evaluated via an annual performance review using objective performance standards.
The Board is proud to announce that the Superintendent, Randall Skrinjorich, achieved a
performance level that met or exceeded our expectations for the performance standards listed
below during the 2025-2026 school year.
