Act 82 Assessment
Pursuant to Act 82 of 2011, the District Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent’s employment contracts set forth objective performance standards. Those performance standards are listed below:
- Developing and Implementing Shared Vision, Goals and Annual Measurable Objectives
- Student Growth and Achievement
- Governance and Administration
- Effective Management: District Operations
- Effective Management: Personnel
The Board of School Directors assessed the Superintendent’s performance against these objective performance standards on August 16, 2022 and determined that he met the agreed-to performance standards during the 2021-2022 school year.
The Board of School Directors assessed the Assistant Superintendent’s performance against these objective performance standards on August 16, 2022 and determined that he met the agreed-to performance standards during the 2021-2022 school year.
