PA STATE IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
The eight-month provisional enrollment period has expired as of April 23, 2012.

If your child does not have proof of state required immunizations, the PA Dept. of Health and the Dept. of Education have granted a two week extension

for clinic and physician appointments to be completed.

Contact your building nurse with date, time and physician/clinic appointment information.  Your child may attend school while waiting for the scheduled appointment.  If proof of immunizations is not provided after the scheduled appointment, your child will be withdrawn from the Ringgold School District.
